AN EVOLUTION IN WIRE FAULT LOCATION TECHNOLOGIES

The Wire Integrity Testing & Tracing System

(W.I.T.T.S.)

Our WITTS for Aerospace/Aviation is the ONLY tested and proven wiring diagnostic and troubleshooting technology, which can quickly, reliably and accurately locate a fault in any metal core electrical conductor wire, of any useful length, to within one inch of the actual fault point.

We challenge any technology to equal what our videos demonstrate.

There is no other technology which can locate a short fault point in an aircraft, this quickly and easily.

INTRODUCING our new Detector tracer module. Our new Detector replaces our past two tracer modules with one module which can trace a wire's path from 5 feet to 1 inch away!

If it takes more than 1 technician to locate a wiring fault point, you're using the wrong technology.

____________________________

The two new, game changing transmitter-sensor technologies engineered into the Wire Integrity Testing and Tracing System are more than just a revolution of old reworked technology. These technologies are an Evolution of technology. These two new technologies utilize a newly discovered Energy to redefine what is possible. This is technology for the 21st century.

Finally, there is a way to accurately, quickly and easily locate an electrical wire fault point. Wire faults now only take minutes, not hours, to locate.

This is not your grandfather's wire "sniffer" tracer. This is not Time Domain Reflectometry. Oh no, this technology works - Quickly, Reliably and Accurately. Our W.I.T.T.S. does much more than just sense the path of the wiring, although, if that's all it did, it still would be the ONLY technology which could accomplish this in any metal core wiring system, period. Our W.I.T.T.S. detects the fault and then leads you, along the wire's path, to the exact fault point location. Finally, now an aviation maintainer has a device which leads you directly to the fault location point. Quickly. Reliably. Accurately. Easily. Exactly!

And it's now available for both legacy or fly-by-wire aircraft!

Video Acknowldegements

The Field Tests shown in the above released Lab Videos was conducted at Pima Community College Aviation Technology Center in Tucson, Arizona. The Field Tests were conducted to determine the Accuracy in Fault Point Location and Technician's Ease of Use of the W.I.T.T.S. in locating a short condition in a triple-twisted, shielded cable. As you can see, the fault point location was "nailed", quickly and easily.

A note on the set up performed prior to the video, it consisted of connecting the Transmitter module's output probe to the shorted wire, as determined with an Ohmmeter. The special connector was an alligator clip - nothing fancy. The only data gathered was verifying the shorted wire with an ohmmeter. And, the time it takes to accurately locate the wire fault was adequately demonstrated in the video. So, add about 1 minute, to hook up the Transmitter module to the under test wire, to the video's time and thats how long it takes and how complex it is to locate a wire fault - minutes not hours.

We would like to thank John L. Barrowman, the Field Testing Technician, who is the Electronics Instructor at the Pima Community College Aviation Technology Center, for his expertise in designing and developing tests which actually test against real world wiring fault conditions. Good job, thanks John L.

We would also like to extend a heart felt Thanks to Pete Skogsdill, the Field Testing Coordinator, who is the Chair of the Pima Community College Aviation Technology Center. It is through his expert and professional administration and coordination of all aspects and resources necessary, that these Field Tests are occurring. Thanks Pete.

And, a special thanks to Pima Community College for having such a stellar facility. The Aviation Technology Center is set up to the highest standard and is very business friendly. And the facility is so clean and organized, it's a real pleasure conducting our testing there.
